Recreating The Hermitage

Overview

This Minecraft map was created as part of my Honours project. My project explores the use of alternative game engines with a focus on Minecraft. The level was created as a proof of concept for using Minecraft for greyboxing, iterative testing and final asset creation. 

Everything was created in Minecraft using Axiom and World Edit.

Gameplay

There is no active gameplay attached to the level besides exploration,

Instructions

To explore this level for yourself you will need to have Minecraft Java Edition installed to play. The map was created in version 1.21.11 (this and any version above, should work) 

1. Download the world file.
2. Locate your saves folder in your .minecraft folder and import it there (make sure to unzip it)
